REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We deal with refunds and cancellation on a case to case basis. Our aim is that you are totally happy with your product. If for any reason you are not, please email us on support@smilewithroshni.com and we will do our best to amend the situation. 

Products for which we offer refunds could vary in their terms and have their refund guidelines mentioned on their specific webpages. Please note, Personal Sessions with Roshni and Self Hypnosis Audios are non refundable.

Despite our best efforts to avoid program changes, we hold the right to cancel or withdraw any Live Events, such as LifeHops, Retreats, and Corporate Trainings. If Smile With Roshni cancels an event for any reason, we will return all course fees in full. We cannot, however, reimburse the cost of any expenses, travel or accommodation arrangements and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred.

For DeStress Mind Club, we offer flexibility with your DeStress Mind Club membership. You can cancel your membership at any time. However, once canceled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Your membership will not renew after the cycle ends, and we will not charge you any further payments.

We do not offer refunds for unused time in your billing period because we provide our digital services immediately, granting access to valuable content and live sessions.
